Delivery Time: 

For all orders, goods are shipped next working day (Mon - Fri excl Public and Bank Holidays).

UK orders are shipped on a 1 -2 working day service. 

European orders are shipped on a 3 - 5 working day service.

R.O.W orders are shipped on a 3 + working day service.

Delivery Charges:

For UK (Mainland and Lowlands) - £6.95 for items under 14kg and £9.95 for items up-to 25kg

For Europe - £11.95 for items under 2kg and £29.95 for items over 2kg (up-to 25kg)

For Rest of World deliveries, please use our shipping calculator.

Heavier orders may be delivered via pallet services. Please contact us for further information.

Please note that all orders require an e-mail address and contact telephone number which will be passed to the courier.

Returns Policy


If your purchase is faulty or no longer required and within its warranty period, please check the details below and contact us (before attempting to return it) by email at admin@commsclearance.co.uk.

If your item has passed its warranty period, please contact us as we may still be able to help by offering exchanges or to offer discounts on other products in our range.

All items have a 30 day warranty for non-fault returns. In these cases the cost of return is the buyers responsibility unless it is proved the reason is due to our fault (incorrect description, delayed shipment etc).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All items have a minimum 30 days warranty for faults. This term is listed in the item's description. Please return the item as per instruction and when the item has been tested and the fault proved, the item and postage cost will be refunded.

If possible, an exchange can be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with any accessories or documentation supplied.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund after this time, please check your relevant payment method and then contact us.
